Viridian Chromium & Cinnamon Complex

Chromium is an important mineral that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Alpha lipoic acid is a naturally occurring compound that is made in the body and found within every cell. The body makes small amounts of alpha lipoic acid on its own but levels can be increased through diet or supplementation. Foods that contain alpha lipoic acid include red meat, broccoli, tomatoes and spinach. Alpha lipoic acid is both fat and water soluble, making it easy for the body to utilise.
